Metrology and CMM Services
These services allow for the confirmation of parts, artifacts, jobs and complete large assemblies to standards traceable to National Institute of Standards and Technology.
The equipment also allows for the reverse engineering of products to drawing formats dwg, dxf, jpegs, and more. The Machines PCDMIS software can output reports displaying tolerances achieved both in text and /or graphics. The CMM is equipped with a Renishaw PH10MQ automated probe head designed to position a probe in any one of 720 positions in steps of 7.5 degrees.
The Probe can carry extension bars up to 300 mm long Due to the systems advanced computer control, literally thousands of parts with multiple features can be measured and logged in one setup. After the initial setup, the machine can measure totally unmanned.
